FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some of the most frequently asked questions I receive. Answering them here will hopefully save you time having to ask me.

What do you do with my personal information captured?

Do you employ staff to run the website?
We do not currently employ staff, and the website is updated entirely by Lee Francis. The website is a personal site to give you an idea on what projects I am currently involved with, I also use the website to promote my work.

I have noticed errors on your website, who do I report this to?
Although I try and reduce the errors you may encounter some occasionally I miss. I can never guarantee that you will not encounter any errors on the website. Please use the ‘Contact’ form to let me know of any errors or spelling mistakes you see, and I will endeavour to rectify these as soon as I am made aware of them.

Why do you have to take the website offline to update It?
Many updates are carried out without having to take the website offline, however, I do have to take it offline occasionally usually to perform system updates to the database. I try to limit this as much as possible, and my priority is to make the website available as much as I possibly can.
